How Can HCS Ltd help?

The bespoke nature of our service offer enables you to choose from a range of careers and personal development products and services. We are able to create a tailored package that meets your individual school needs by either complimenting your existing provision or outsourcing the management and co-ordination of careers and work related learning in it’s entirety.  Our staff are careers and work related learning specialists.

All the products and services outlined in this menu are designed to have outcomes that are aligned with those within Every Child Matters and enhance the quality of curriculum planning, delivery and individual support for your students.

Leadership

The majority of schools that we work with ask us to provide a HCS Careers specialist for one or two days per week to lead and manage careers education, work related learning and enterprise curriculum development and in many cases this includes work experience. In other schools we have reviewed and developed specific aspects of the programme or simply supplied a number of consultancy days to support at peak times in the academic year. Working in partnership with you, we aim to help you achieve a high delivery standard practice for the successful development and learning of young people in Hertfordshire and across the UK.
