What is psychometric testing?

Psychometric testing is a helpful career assessment tool that provides data for both individuals and organisations, highlighting possible career paths, strengths and skills. Encompassing aptitude, ability and personality tests, it can also measure likely behaviour and how well an individual will do in a job.

We do not see the psychometric test as definitive, rather more as an opportunity to indicate and explore your potential.

Testing programme:

• Our consultants are fully qualified in Occupational Testing to Level A and B, accredited by the British Psychological Society and able to offer a variety of aptitude, ability and personality tests throughout Hertfordshire.
  
  
• Our qualified consultants will discuss and appropriately select a psychometric test, specifically suited to you, to help fulfil all of your needs.
  
  
• As well as administering the psychometric test, your specialist consultant will provide you with valuable support and comprehensive feedback on the results of your aptitude, ability and personality tests.
